We are looking for sellers with gently used children's items.  
Earn 60-75% of the price you set!  
How does this work?

Sign up online to reserve your space as a consignor.  There is an non-refundable up front fee of $20 to become a seller.  This covers our venue cost and advertising fees.  Save $5 if you register before August 31st 2017

Once you have registered, you will receive a consignor number and password.  This will allow you to set up your items for sale in the system by description and price.  You can enter a few items at a time or add them all at once.  We suggest you start early.  Once you have entered your items, you are able to print your tags. Tags must be printed on 60 lb or higher cardstock.  You can also upload your tags to your local copy centre if you wish. 

For clothing each item must be pinned to a hanger (see details on how to prepare your items) and the sales tag attached to the right side of the item.  Other items attach the sales tag with packing or painters tape.  Items that have not sold by Sunday will automatically be discounted to 50% off unless you indicate otherwise when setting up your items.  You also have the option at the end of the sale to pick up your items OR check donate if you wish to have the items donated to the charity of the event's choice.

When an items sells at the sale you will receive 60% of the selling price.  Sign up to volunteer for a one 4 hour shifts and receive 70% or 2 four hour shifts and receive 75%.   A great feature of your consignor account is you will be able to check your status of what you have sold throughout the day.  You also have the ability to store your items that don't sell and re-activate them for the next sale too!

Sign up for a drop off times are on Friday October 20th.  All items that do not sell MUST be picked up after the sale on Saturday between 5-6pm as we cannot store any not claimed and will be donated if not picked up.
When registering you will also be able to sign up for volunteer shifts on the specific days.  Help is needed for set-up, drop-off, pre-sale and both sale days as well as the sort at the end of the sale.  We ask that all consignors if possible sign up to help at the sort.  Individuals who would like to volunteer but are not selling may also do so by contacting us directly.  One of the perks is being able to shop first too!

Payments will be made to consignors within 7 days after the sale via electronic money transfer.
